Ms. Estrella is a NY licensed Physical Therapist who reviews patient medical records and MD referrals. She evaluates conditions and establishes an appropriate treatment plan. She also administers various range of treatments and therapeutic programs, and communicates pertinent results, progress and benefits to be expected from a physical therapy intervention.
